Welcome to HIIT Home Workouts

HIIT Home Workouts Brian

Hi, I’m Brian, the blog owner and I launched this HIIT Home Workouts blog (in October 2023) to make myself accountable and track my progress. I’d like to welcome all shapes and sizes of like-minded health warriors, to a space where age is no barrier to fitness.

Please allow me be your host on this journey, ready to conquer the world with HIIT home workouts and get in the best shape of my life as I approach my 60th birthday. I’m eager to share my experiences, trials, and victories with you all, as we navigate the fitness landscape without being tied to a coach who could not possibly understand our unique struggles and pains.

I hope together, we can build a community that empowers each other, shares knowledge, and motivates us to stick to our plans. So, roll up your sleeves, strap on your trainers, and let’s pull together to get a stronger, fitter community up and running, ready to take on the world again for many more laps around the sun.

Let’s get into the spirit of things and start a list of what inspires us to get up every morning and battle through another day no matter what life throws in our faces.
